About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (PM) to join our platform team. In this role, you will work across the organization to create and manage project plans for all aspects of the business, spanning compliance, engineering and business projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closeout. You will represent CGC to our ISV customers, providing a unified project plan that coordinates everything from ISV onboarding to production continuous monitoring.

At Constellation GovCloud, you will:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk registers for projects across the organization.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, security specialists, and client stakeholders.
Manage risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
Learn about working in a Federal Government environment and cyber security, as well as how to work with a variety of stakeholders (cloud service providers, third party assessors, and federal agencies)

We’re looking for someone who has:

5+ years of experience excelling in a Project Management (PM) role, including owning the comprehensive project plan and associated artifacts across the full lifecycle for multiple enterprise-scale projects (large budgets and teams)
Exceptional program management and organizational skills
Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and change priorities quickly
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
PMI PMP or related certifications preferred
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Master of Jira, Excel, Smartsheet and other PM software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with FedRAMP or other security compliance frameworks (a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze, organize and translate complex technical concepts into clear and digestible information.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on various tasks and identify goals and tasks that are attainable and appropriate for ensuring CGC’s success.
