About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated FedRAMP Advisory Consultant who will act as a guide and mentor for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) throughout the process of achieving FedRAMP Authorization on CGC’s platform.

At Constellation GovCloud, you will:

Compliance Documentation Content Ownership – Review, edit and write content for required compliance authorization packages
Ensuring all system compliance documentation is correct and up-to-date at all times – identifying possible weaknesses or risks associated with the program’s documentation.
Review and help refresh/update company policies and procedures in support of the ISSM and System Owner – to ensure smooth and competent delivery of compliant solutions to the government.
Actively support 3PAO interactions and JAB interactions where in-depth knowledge about our documents and documented processes is required – conveying confidence that our operations are mature in how we document and implement them.
Documentation Remediation – Create, manage and/or carry through with tasks associated with effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations associated with the program’s documentation and documented processes.

We’re looking for someone who has:

3+ years of experience excelling in a FedRAMP advisory or consulting role, with responsibilities for the full lifecycle of document development and delivery.
Experience with JAB ATOs in particular
Deep understanding of the FedRAMP Rev5 control families and their implementations
Enough technical knowledge to understand and advise on the usage of particular cloud services, particularly AWS GovCloud
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze, organize and translate complex technical concepts into clear and digestible information.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on various tasks and identify goals and tasks that are attainable and appropriate for ensuring CGC’s success.
